We are a guitar duo that has been performing for 8 years. And each of us has been playing the guitar for over 20! Including all our competitions achievements, we have been awarded over 30 times in such contests. But more importantly, we are active musicians and over the last 4 years we have performed not only in Europe, but also in the United States, China, Thailand or Vietnam.
We graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, Poland. We also received many scholarships from such organizations as: the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the National Children’s Fund, the Société Générale bank and the National Center of Culture.

It took us a long time to make the decision about our debut album. By way of apology we can say that we wanted our recorded repertoire to be unique. Sérgio Assad - one of the greatest contemporary guitarists and guitar composers, a member of the best guitar duo of the world - the Assad Brothers, came with help. In 2016, we received a 7-part composition “One Week in Rio" dedicated specifically to us.
A year later, we played the premiere of this piece during the shared-concert with the Assad Brothers in Wroclaw and Warsaw. Knowing our plans for recording his composition, after the concert Sérgio Assad gifted us his new version of The History of Tango by Astor Piazzolla (for violin and guitar duo). Never released and yet not recorded. Thanks to this, our debut album will include 2 world phonographic premieres complemented by our fixed repertoire by Egberto Gismonti and Marco Pereira. A great, talented and multiple nationally-awarded violinist of the younger generation – Roksana Kwaśnikowska will join us in Piazzolla’s History of Tango.
So where are we today with the project?
Preparing, recording and releasing an album is an ambitious and expensive effort. Fortunately, we were able to raise sponsorship for the project and provide the major part of the amount. This allows us to plan all the recording sessions and we can move on. However, we can’t run from the costs of the album production and for that purpose we would like to allocate funds from our crowdfunding campaign.
The album will be released in the first quarter of 2019 by the DUX publishing – the most recognized classical music label in Poland, winner of over 170 awards in Poland and abroad.
